Why hvac shops use it

A front desk that already knows hvac

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning. Callers mention furnaces, heat pumps, condensers, AC units, thermostats, no heat, no cool air, frozen coils, strange smells, water around the furnace, or a unit that won't turn on. They'll name brands like Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Goodman.

Speaks the trade

It recognizes the problems hvac callers describe, so the conversation moves fast and sounds natural.

Catches after-hours work

The calls that come in while you're on a job or asleep get answered and captured instead of going to voicemail.

Sends a clean lead

Name, number, confirmed address, the job, and urgency, in your phone before the truck pulls away from the last stop.

Questions

HVAC answering, answered

Does it sound like a robot?

No. It talks, listens, and reacts the way a good receptionist does. It uses your trade's words, asks one thing at a time, and waits while the caller thinks. Most callers don't realize they're not talking to a person.

What does it actually do on a call?

It picks up on the first ring, has a normal conversation, and gets five things: the caller's name, a callback number, the service address, what they need, and how urgent it is. Then it texts and emails that to you in seconds.

Will it book jobs or quote prices?

On purpose, no. It never quotes a price or promises an arrival time. It captures the lead and hands it to your team, so you stay in control of scheduling and pricing.

What happens if someone calls about work I don't do?

It politely says that's outside what you handle and still takes a message, so you can refer them or follow up. It won't pretend to do work you don't do.

How fast can I get set up?

A few minutes. Pick your trade, choose a voice, point your number at us, and you're answering calls. No hardware, no contract.

What does it cost per call?

Plans start at $39 a month. A typical 90-second call costs us about 11 cents to run, which is why we can charge a fraction of what a human answering service charges and still keep the lights on.

What if a lot of people call at once?

Every call is answered on the first ring, even if ten come in at the same time. There's no busy signal and no hold queue, so you never lose the second caller while you're handling the first.

Can it talk to callers in another language?

Yes. You can set the language it greets and talks in, and it can switch if a caller prefers another. Spanish-speaking callers are handled out of the box, with more languages available.

Is my call data private?

Yes. Each business is isolated from every other. Calls are recorded for your own quality and lead playback, stored against your account only, and never shared. You can delete recordings any time.

Never miss another hvac call.
