Missed-call revenue calculator
A missed call never shows up on an invoice, so it is easy to ignore what it costs. Put in your own numbers and see the yearly total in real money, then see how much a front desk that answers every call would put back in your pocket.
This is an estimate from your own inputs, not a promise. It assumes every call is answered and captured, which is exactly what the front desk is built to do.

How is the lost revenue figured?
It takes the calls you get a week, the share you miss, how many of those missed callers you would win if you answered, and your average job value. Missed calls a month times win rate times value gives the monthly loss, and that times twelve is the yearly figure.
Why assume every missed call is a lost job?
It does not. You set the share of missed callers you would actually win, so the math only counts the winnable ones, not every ring.
Is the recovered amount realistic?
It assumes the calls get answered and the lead is captured, which is what the front desk does on the first ring. Real results depend on your follow-up, so treat it as a well-grounded estimate, not a guarantee.
What does it cost to answer every call?
Plans start at $99 a month, a fraction of a human answering service. The calculator subtracts your plan cost so the net gain is what you actually keep.
