Pricing questions
Does it sound like a robot?
No. It talks, listens, and reacts the way a good receptionist does. It uses your trade's words, asks one thing at a time, and waits while the caller thinks. Most callers don't realize they're not talking to a person.
What does it actually do on a call?
It picks up on the first ring, has a normal conversation, and gets five things: the caller's name, a callback number, the service address, what they need, and how urgent it is. Then it texts and emails that to you in seconds.
Will it book jobs or quote prices?
On purpose, no. It never quotes a price or promises an arrival time. It captures the lead and hands it to your team, so you stay in control of scheduling and pricing.
What happens if someone calls about work I don't do?
It politely says that's outside what you handle and still takes a message, so you can refer them or follow up. It won't pretend to do work you don't do.

Can it talk to callers in another language?
Yes. You can set the language it greets and talks in, and it can switch if a caller prefers another. Spanish-speaking callers are handled out of the box, with more languages available.
Is my call data private?
Yes. Each business is isolated from every other. Calls are recorded for your own quality and lead playback, stored against your account only, and never shared. You can delete recordings any time.
