An AI receptionist that speaks your callers' language
Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Gujarati, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam and English. The receptionist answers in the language the caller opens with and follows them if they switch mid-sentence.
How language is handled on a call
You choose the languages for your line, usually the local language plus Hindi and English. The receptionist greets the caller and answers in whichever language they use first. If they switch, it switches. Numbers, dates, doctors' names and medical words in English inside a Marathi or Tamil sentence are handled as one sentence, not two languages.

Questions people ask
Does the receptionist switch language in the middle of a call?
Yes. If a caller opens in the local language and switches to English or Hindi for a date or a number, the receptionist follows in the same sentence. It never asks the caller to choose a language.
Is it a real voice or a recording?
It is a live conversation, not a recorded menu. The caller says what they want in their own words and the receptionist responds to that, asks the follow-up questions your business needs, and confirms the details back.
What about callers who do not speak the local language?
You choose the languages for your line. Most businesses set the local language plus Hindi and English, and the receptionist answers in whichever the caller uses first.
Will my WhatsApp alert be in the local language too?
The alert gives you the caller's name, number and reason in the language you set for your reports. Names spoken in the local language are written the way the caller said them.
Can it handle a the local language accent from a different district?
Regional variation is expected. Where a word is unclear it asks the caller to repeat or spell it, exactly as a good human receptionist would, instead of guessing.
