A Hindi-speaking AI receptionist for your business

It answers in Hindi on the first ring, switches to Hindi or English when the caller does, books the appointment, and sends you the details on WhatsApp. Built for businesses in the whole Hindi belt from Delhi and Jaipur to Lucknow, Patna, Bhopal and Indore, and as the second language of callers in almost every other Indian city.

What a call sounds like in Hindi

A caller booking an appointment.

Why Hindi matters on the phone

Hindi is the most widely understood language in India and the default a caller falls back to when they are not sure what the other side speaks. Callers open in Hindi and mix in English for dates, times, amounts and medical or technical words. A natural receptionist does the same, so 'kal shaam 5 baje' and 'root canal' sit in one sentence.

How the receptionist speaks Hindi

Polite 'aap' throughout, a warm opening, and a short confirmation of the number read back digit by digit. Callers usually open in Hindi and slip into English for dates, times and numbers. The front desk follows them either way, in the same sentence.

Receptionist: आज हम शाम तक खुले हैं। आप your city में कहाँ से बोल रहे हैं, और आपका नंबर क्या है?

Leaving a number for a callback

Mixed-language callers

Real calls are rarely in one language. A Hindi speaker will say the date in English, the doctor's name in English, and everything else in Hindi. The receptionist does not switch mode or ask the caller to pick; it answers the way the caller spoke. If a word is unclear it asks the caller to repeat or spell it, the way a careful human receptionist would, instead of guessing a name and sending you the wrong one.

What you get after the call

A WhatsApp message with the caller's name as they said it, their number as ten digits, and what they wanted, in the language you chose for your reports. The transcript and a summary are saved against the call in your dashboard.

Questions people ask

Does the receptionist switch language in the middle of a call?

Yes. If a caller opens in Hindi and switches to English or Hindi for a date or a number, the receptionist follows in the same sentence. It never asks the caller to choose a language.

Is it a real voice or a recording?

It is a live conversation, not a recorded menu. The caller says what they want in their own words and the receptionist responds to that, asks the follow-up questions your business needs, and confirms the details back.

What about callers who do not speak Hindi?

You choose the languages for your line. Most businesses set Hindi plus Hindi and English, and the receptionist answers in whichever the caller uses first.

Will my WhatsApp alert be in Hindi too?

The alert gives you the caller's name, number and reason in the language you set for your reports. Names spoken in Hindi are written the way the caller said them.

Can it handle a Hindi accent from a different district?

Regional variation is expected. Where a word is unclear it asks the caller to repeat or spell it, exactly as a good human receptionist would, instead of guessing.
