How are minutes charged?
In 15 second blocks, not whole minutes. A 20 second call costs 30 seconds, not a minute. Calls that never connect cost nothing, and test calls are never billed.
What happens to minutes I do not use?
They carry over one month. So do any top-up packs you buy, which are one-off payments with no limit on how many you take.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. There is a free trial first, so you hear it on your own line before you pay anything.
What if I go over my minutes?
You can set a ceiling and we pause and ask before charging beyond it. Otherwise overage is a flat per-minute rate shown on this page, never a surprise.
Do I pay for calls my own staff answer?
Only when the call comes through the line we provide, because that line carries the call, records it and, if you switch it on, transcribes and summarises it for you.
How do I pay?
By card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay, with the option of auto-pay so the monthly payment happens on its own. Every payment gets a receipt in the app.
