Bookings taken, directions given, nobody on hold.
Fourteen practitioners, three languages, ten to nine six days a week. The front desk takes the booking request, asks how the visit is covered, says which floor you are on, and texts the Jane booking link, while your team treats patients.

Built for the calls you actually get
Asks what a clinic needs
New or existing patient, which practitioner or the first available, how the visit is covered, a time range. Never a price, never a promised slot.
Knows the building
Directions from wherever the caller is, then the part maps get wrong: the parking, the floor, the suite.
Texts the booking link
On request, or after every saved request: the patient can book in Jane themselves.
Reminds the team to call back
If the desk promised a call back, reminder alerts go to the team until someone taps Done.
Mandarin and Cantonese
The desk answers in the caller's language and stays in it.
A directions call stays short
Someone asking the way is not asked for their insurance.
What physio and rehab clinics ask first
Does it book directly into Jane?
Not yet. Jane's API is partner-gated; today the desk takes the request and texts the patient the Jane link, and your team books it.
Does it give medical advice?
No. Reception only. A medical emergency is sent to 911.
Is the call recorded?
Yes, with a notice at the start that the clinic can switch off. Recordings follow your retention setting.
Ontario privacy rules?
PHIPA and PIPEDA apply, not HIPAA. HiThisIs keeps a record of every call, an audit log and retention controls; your privacy notice covers the rest.
