Zapier integration

Connect Zapier once from your dashboard. From then on, every call the front desk answers becomes a record in Zapier the moment the caller hangs up: their name, the number they want called back on, what they need, how urgent it is, and the recording. Your team works the lead in Zapier the way they already do, and nothing is copied across by hand.

If Zapier is down or the connection drops, the lead is still emailed and texted to you, and re-sent to Zapier when it is back. You never lose a caller to an outage on someone else's side.

What you set up, and what you do not

You connect Zapier once and choose which of your team gets the alert. That is the whole setup. You do not map fields, write rules, or keep a second list in sync. The front desk already asks the questions Zapier needs answered, because they are the same questions a good receptionist asks: who is calling, how to reach them, where the job is, what is wrong, and how soon they need it.
